Made in Australia. Curly maple neck, ebony fingerboard with custom inlays. Nut width at 31mm slightly wider than standard Gibson copies. Heavy, chrome plated, cast tone ring.
Stainless hardware. Geared tuners. Some flecking of laquer visible on headstock and back of resonator. Action set up to achieve easy-play between 1st and 7th frets. Owner hasn't played banjo for many years and is unwilling to spend money to rectify neck (quote received approx $500). Fretted notes buzz after 14th fret. Clear, bright, willing sound and if you don't intend to play right up near the pot then this banjo is a good buy. New, they retail for approx $2500 depending on woods.
